The use of a photo box for employee photos

The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra staff is not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

How does the staff get their photo?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the staff can load their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original recording as well as the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
