The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to take their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your staff the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or various backgrounds that you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different sizes.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory comes into possession of the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his picture digitally.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
