For larger trade fairs (500 or more participants), another identical system is available through a partner at the same conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the produced video. The phase that participants need to prepare and the amount of "attempts" that a guest wants is difficult to predict. However, you can expect an average duration of approx. 3 minutes. The space required is approx. 4×4 m. Only a 230V power connection is required in the immediate vicinity.
In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send an e-mail on site using the supervisor's iPad. If you would like the videos to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the content of the e-mail message and your preferred signature. For this possibility, a satisfactorily fast WLAN must be made available on site.- Archiving the video data
On request, we can save the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system. - GDPR compliant video download for users
Our unique gallery system ensures that each user only has access to their video or videos. In return, each guest at the 360° Booth receives a business card with a pre-printed random key. This code then belongs exactly to this clip.
