Our proposed solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read in directly from the company ID. The data collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.

How does the employee get the picture?

   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the different target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN to which the staff has to dial.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
