The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to take their individual employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed image and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can happen at the same time in different sizes.
So you always have the right photo for
Instagram, XING, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp & Co, Twitter, Outlook, the CRM system
etc. within easy reach.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be directly visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to get their photo as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's inbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the different versions for the different target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

The price for purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the possibility to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
