The use of a photo box for employee photos

The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read from the business card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the in-house employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place synchronously in various forms.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the staff to choose from to get their picture as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept immediately.
