The use of a photo box for employee photos
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically adapted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen, just like with the passport photo machine.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where the sales representative can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
