What should be achieved?

You give your teams the chance to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You can place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). How does the photographed person get their photo?

   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
