The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box like they would at a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way is then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the Active Directory are not the only ones to get hold of the new images, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to receive their image as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to copy his original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
- Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.
