One possible solution

You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is then sent to the employee's mailbox.
