The mission goal

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently cut to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID. The employee data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the image.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.

The recording is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can happen in several forms at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can immediately appear on the picture.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to get their photo as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

Other possible uses

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The cost of purchasing such a perfected photo box starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
