What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently cut to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen in several dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, employees can choose between three different ways to get their picture digitally.

  1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
  2. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
  3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased directly.
