The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company are given the option to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.

How did the staff come to the picture?

  1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
    The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
  2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
  3. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original image and the various sizes for the different target systems.
