What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the chance to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes at regular intervals (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the optimum format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
