The use of a photo box for employee photos

The solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The employee data recorded in this way are then later an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

The photobox provides a private WLAN which the sales representative must dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his recordings. At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
