You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You can position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.

After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backrounds specified by you. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.
The image output can take place synchronously in various forms.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
