The solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured so that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.

How did the staff come to the picture?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
