The use of a photo box for employee photos

A suggested solution

You can place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the workforce to receive their photo digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to copy down their original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
