What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to always identify 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or many background settings you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can happen in many sizes at the same time.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's email address.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is kept immediately.
