The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the required steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.

  1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
    The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
  2. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his original recording and the different versions for the various target systems.
  3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
    The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.
