Our proposed solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the image can also be set up.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The photo is saved in a size and format determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

How do the staff get their picture?
