The personnel photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is immediately read in from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can happen simultaneously in different dimensions.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to get their photo as a file.

  1. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
  2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
  3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

The cost frame
