The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo booth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
