The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best possible format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can be read out directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the filename of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.

After the photo of the employee has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to get their photos as a file.

  1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
    The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
    At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can copy down their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
  2. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
  3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address.
