The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the filename of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.

How does the employee get his photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not get the new photos, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to get his photo digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides its own WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to copy down the original recording and the different formats for the various target systems.
