One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get their photo?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery

At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
