The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the chance to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the best format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can happen in many sizes at the same time.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, employees can choose between three different ways to get their photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox.
