The use of a photo box for employee photos

A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. How did the staff come to the picture?

  2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
  3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox.
