What should be achieved?

The personal photos can be automatically adapted to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photobooth in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also identified for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the stored portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in parallel in different dimensions.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for the company employees to get their image as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Additional uses

The need for investment
