For this solution, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.
5. GDPR compliant download for visitors
   Our unique gallery system ensures that each user only has access to his or her video or videos. In return, each guest at the 360° Booth receives a card with a pre-printed random download code. This code then belongs exactly to this video.
6. Construction of a 360 degree booth system
   For large trade fairs (more than 500 people), a second identical module is available through our partners at the same conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the created clip. The phase that visitors need to prepare and the amount of "takes" that a user wants can hardly be predicted. However, one can assume a sequence duration of approx. 3 minutes on average. The space requirement is approx. 4×4 meters. A 230V power connection is required in the immediate vicinity.
7. Copy of all films for you as the client
   As proof of our activity, you as the client will receive all videos in the original version as well as in the edited version directly after the fair.

   As our customer, you can pick up to 12 effects for the clip from 192 choices.
9. Branding of the clips with intro / outro / overlay

    Each event module is only as good as the person who takes care of it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the guests and serves as a source of ideas if a little "creativity" is desired on the 360° Booth.
12. Integrated control system
    The noble stainless steel columns also serve as a people guidance system (also with LED light strip). This ensures safe operation of the 360° SPINCAM even in dark ambient light.
13. Archiving the video data
    Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.
