What should be achieved?
The staff in your company have the option to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee report can be set up.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place synchronously in different formats.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately visible on the picture.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to receive their photos digitally.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the staff can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the photo taken will be sent immediately to the employee's email address.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept immediately.
