The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.
As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to get their picture digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
- Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
