One possible solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for staff to get their photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to copy down the original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the staff can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
- Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
