The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the required steps on the screen.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not acquire the new images, there are three different ways for employees to get their image as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:
