The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or bring up to date the individual employee photo at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID. The data collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various background settings you have specified. In the same way, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in several formats.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, the sales representative has three different ways of getting his picture digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept directly.
