The use of a photo box for employee photos

The workforce in your company has the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at a regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The recording is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the recorded portrait and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in many dimensions.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the staff to receive their picture digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
