The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adjusted to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photobooth in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required data, e.g. B. Personnel identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you describe (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image can be output in parallel in many formats.

How does the employee get his photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the staff to choose to also receive their picture digitally.

The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the different versions for the different target systems.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
