The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at a rotating location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, annoying elements are removed from the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You can place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, just like with the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way then subsequently becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" with logos and/or the designation and position of the employee can be directly visible on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed, which the employee can use to copy his original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.
