One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the required actions on the screen.

How does the employee get the photo?

The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original image and the different formats for the various target systems.
