The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this happens in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can be done synchronously in some formats.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to receive their image as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
