The use of a photo box for employee photos

You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in various dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for the workforce to receive their image digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
