One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.

2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
