1. GDPR compliant download for users
   Our unique download system ensures that each guest only has access to his film or videos. For this, each person at the 360° Booth gets a business card with a pre-printed random download code. This code then belongs exactly to this clip.
2. Development in Germany
   Only the kilometers traveled are billed.
3. The system operator
   Any event module is only as good as the person who oversees it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of the motivation of the participants and serves as an inspiration when some "creativity" is desired on the 360° Booth.
4. Provision of a 360 ° spincam system
   For larger shows (from 500 participants) a second identical system is available through our partner at the same conditions. It takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the finished film. The phase that guests need to prepare and the number of "takes" that a user wants can hardly be predicted. However, one can assume an average throughput speed of approx. 2.5 minutes. The space requirement is approx. 4×4 meters. All that is required is a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity.

6. High-quality 4-6 corner LED lighting
   With up to 6 powerful RGB LED effect light bars on high-quality stainless steel tripods, there is always enough light for the recordings.

   In addition to the GDPR-compliant gallery, it is also possible to send an e-mail on site via the supervisor's iPad. If you want the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the text for the e-mail message and your intended signature. For this option, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.
8. Archiving the video data
   On request, we can save the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.
9. 49 inch LCD screen
   As a direct on-site attraction, the clips are presented in the finished form on a large 49-inch 4k LCD TV a few seconds after the recording.
10. Copy of all films for you as the client
    As proof of our campaign, you as a customer will receive all movies in the original version as well as in the edited version directly after the event.
