The mission goal

The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
This gives your workforce the chance to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photobooth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is simply read in from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the internal employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place synchronously in different forms.
So you always have the right photo for
WhatsApp & Co, Facebook, the CRM system, LinkedIn, XING, Instagram, Outlook, Twitter
etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the image.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The cost of buying a photo box adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept directly.
