The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the option to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino, the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.

A comparison is made between the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record via the name of the picture. How does the employee get the picture?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the different target systems.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
