The personnel photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.
The image output can take place synchronously in various dimensions.

How does the employee get their photo?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the different formats for the various target systems.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
