For larger trade fairs (from 500 people), another identical module is available from a partner at the same price. From the starting point of the recording to the display of the generated clip it usually takes about 30 seconds. The time that participants need to prepare and the number of “takes” a guest wants can only be forecast with difficulty. However, you can assume an average throughput speed of approx. 2-3 minutes. The space requirement is approx. 4 × 4 M. All that is required is a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity.
In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site via an IPad belonging to the supervisor. If you would like the videos to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the body text for the e-mail message and your intended signature. For this alternative, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.- Archiving the video data
