The solution

You can position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. How does the employee get the picture?

  1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
  2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
  3. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording as well as the various formats for the different target systems.
