What should be achieved?

The employees in your company get the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently adapted to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photobooth, analogously to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data, e.g. B. Employee identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a sharing option for internal/external use of the recording.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is determined, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the portrait taken with the internal employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image can be output in different formats at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for
Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, XING, Twitter, WhatsApp & Co
etc. lying ready.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" using company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can appear directly on the image.

How does the employee get his photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employees to choose to get their picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The price for the purchase of a photo box adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the possibility of trying out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
