The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place simultaneously in many dimensions.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will appear immediately on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory do not alone get the new images, there are three different ways for employees to get their image as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Other uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The investment for buying a photo box optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the option to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is bought directly.
