The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee has been photographed, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed at a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to choose from to receive their image as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download the original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
